Scouts & Guides

The motto of scouts &  guides is “BE PREPARED “which means having disciplined yourself to be obedient to every order and able to do the right thing at the right moment. Students up to class 8th  are enrolled in Scouts & Guides.

National Service Scheme: NSS

The Motto of NSS is : “NOT ME, BUT YOU” .This reflects the essence of democratic living and upholds the need for selfless service and appreciation of the other person’s point of view and also to show consideration for fellow  human beings. Class 9th to 12th students are enrolled in NSS.

National Cadet Corps:NCC

NCC (Senior Division) is likely to start shortly. The Motto of NCC is: “Unity and Discipline”. It develops leadership quality to young ones beside opens the opportunity to become an officer in Defence through NDA.

Second Line Leadership

It is the most unique quality of the school that they have Second Line Leadership among the students having extra quality in different fields other than academic. They are given free hand to lead and organize various value build activities besides arranging help and counseling to needy fellow students with the help of their teachers..

Wednesday Activity

The main aim behind starting this was to give the students something extra apart from the regular school curriculum with in the school hours. Such activity has immensely helped the students in their overall personality development and bringing out their hidden talents.

House System

The main object of House System is to create a sense of collective responsibility and developing the social qualities in every student through competition among the five houses namely; Ashoka, tagore, Viveka, Subhash and Bulbul. Bulbul House consists of Nursery to UKG pupils. The following Co-curricular activities are existing in the school and more activities are likely to be added shortly:-

Arts

Classical & Filk music and dances Dramatics, Drawing & Painting, Handicrafts, Needle Work clay Modeling, paper craft, Art of Rangoli and Mehandi.

Sports

Yoga, Chess, Skating, Badminton, Volleyball handball, Football, Hockey, Judo and Karate Atheletics.

Miscellaneous

Computer Club, Quiz Club, Eco Club, Photography Club, Elocution(Speech), Meal Planning Club, Health Club, Jr Science Club, Philately Club, Cultural Club..

Visiting Hours

Principal/Vice Principal: Tuesday and Wednesday between 9 am to 11 am. No parents are permitted to visit classrooms or teachers directly.

Parents-Teachers Meeting

A regular Parents-Teachers Meeting will be held after every test and Examination between 9 am to 11 am. A Notice will be given for the schedule of meeting . It will be the sole responsibility of Parents to ensure while coming for the meeting that their ward also accompanies them so that progress of the child can be discussed face to face with the teachers.

School Uniform

Parents must ensure that their ward comes to School in the prescribed School uniform only. Students coming without uniform will not be allowed to attend the school.

Birthday Uniform and Greetings

Every pupil, on his/her Birthday is exempted from School Uniform and is free to wear any gentle dress. Birthday greetings and gifts are presented to every birthday Boys/Girls in the morning assembly during prayer.

Examination Scheme

The School believes on continuous assessment of pupil throughout the session to make annual Assessment(Final Result) through various Class Tests, FAs and SAs with assignment and projects. Dates of Tests/Exams will be intimated through pupils’s School Diary.
